Squier® by Fender®

The Squier® series of Stratocaster® and Telecaster® guitars by Fender® Musical Instruments are currently at the highest quality level that I have ever seen them. They are rapidly approaching the quality of the much more expensive Mexican built guitars in almost every respect. They are the perfect guitar to either start with or to move up to from a beginner package Squier® Affinity series guitar.

They represent an unbelievable value.

We do a complete, $52.00, setup on each guitar before it leaves the shop to insure it plays, not only as good as it can possibly play, but that it will actually play like a much more expensive guitar. If you are local stop by and compare these guitars to the $1200.00 American Standard series guitars and prepare to be impressed.

Our hand selection methods and setup guarantee that every Squier® to leave our shop does so as a prime example of what these guitars are about when at their very best.

As always, major online retailers and Big Box stores do nothing to these instruments, but unpack and sell them. We inspect each guitar for 100% correct construction and make sure that each one we sell is flawlessly setup including the string height, string radius, neck relief and intonation.

Our selection is smaller than the Big Box Super stores, but the Squier® guitars we have available are hand-picked and represent the best of the Squier® series.

At Fat Sound we are much less interested in "moving units" and more concerned about making sure that a beginning or intermediate guitarist receives a guitar that will inspire them to continue to play and to become the best guitarist that he or she can become.
